As we approach the DEMA buying season, the Dancer Fleet wants to celebrate the success of dive retailers and reward those who embrace the value of selling dive travel for individuals with an innovative new program that simplifies the process and pays the retailer "Up Front Commissions" on those reservations.

According to Dancer Fleet President Wayne Hasson "The dive retailer provides the heartbeat of our industry. They have a unique and personal relationship with their clients like nobody else." Hasson continued, "The new "Up Front Commission" program immediately rewards dive retailers who leverage that relationship and book their customers on a Dancer Fleet LiveAboard in one of our 10 exciting destinations."

Once a Dancer Fleet dealer account is established, this innovative new program only takes 3 simple steps to implement:

  1. Dive Centers call the Dancer Fleet to confirm availability and obtain a booking ID number.
  2. The Dive Center then collects a 10% deposit (based on cabin price) from the client for the trip. This is YOUR MONEY - RIGHT NOW! Commissions range from $189 to $587 per person!
  3. Complete and fax in the "registration" form to finalize the reservation that includes:
    • Dive center dealer information.
    • Client contact information.
    • Trip date and confirmation number.
    • The client signature on a statement indicating they understand the 10% deposit is non-transferable & non-refundable and that they have 10 days to pay the remaining deposit directly to the Dancer Fleet.

Once the registration form is received, the Dancer Fleet does the rest! Dancer Fleet yacht specialists will update the reservation details and send out a GIS (Guest Information System) email directly to the clients so they can complete the cruise application and make the remaining deposits online. Dancer Fleet will then continue to service the reservation all the way through to completion. The dive retailer can then focus on what they do best - selling diving!

Any retail dive center with a storefront, that sells equipment and training can become a dealer. Participation is free and the application only takes a few minutes to complete. Dancer Fleet dive centers receive many benefits including free in-store sales tools such as looping DVD's, our 48 page color catalog to distribute, authorized dealer window stickers, trip posters, and access to our "industry only" e-newsletter.
