Trade Publication Lauds Sound + Vision iPad App
Ad Age has named Bonnier’s Sound + Vision one of the top 10 new iPad apps of 2011. Based on rankings from iMonitor, Sound + Vision was tabbed as one of the best in the competition‚ which included magazines and newspapers. iMonitor gauges quality by rating how well apps work, whether they crash, how long they take to download, whether they include video or audio, navigability, interactivity, social-media capabilities and other factors.

Garlic Peeling Video Captures Nearly 2 Million Viewers for Saveur.com
Saveur.com enjoyed a 41 percent spike in unique users and a 57 percent rise in page views in September. Much of that traffic can be attributed to a short video about peeling garlic. “How to Peel a Head of Garlic in Less than 10 Seconds‚” narrated by Saveur’s Executive Food Editor Todd Coleman, attracted more than 1 million views in its first five days.
