This is the fifth straight year that a group from the U.S. has attended GRID, which invites passionate speakers from all corners of the globe to engage with 250 Bonnier employees selected from Bonnier companies all over the world.

Saveur’s James Oseland Returns for Fourth Season as Judge on Top Chef Masters
James Oseland, editor-in-chief of Saveur magazine, will return for his role as a judge on Bravo’s hit TV series Top Chef Masters when the fourth season premiers on July 25 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Oseland’s four-year tenure as a judge is the longest in the show’s history. Co-starring with Oseland, host Curtis Stone, and co-judge Ruth Reichl will be 12 award-winning chefs who will battle it out for bragging rights and cash prizes based on their performances during weekly epicurean elimination challenges, with the last person standing receiving $100,000 to donate to the charity of choice.

Jennifer Owens, editorial director of Working Mother, has been awarded the American Society of Magazine Editors first ASME Scholarship to Yale for the publishing course: Leadership Strategies in Magazine and Digital Publishing. The course takes place July 15-20 at Yale University.
Elaine Lembo, deputy editor of Cruising World, was awarded a prestigious fellowship to attend a science workshop on global change in coastal ecosystems. She was one of only 10 reporters invited to the workshop, which ran June 3-8 at the University of Rhode Island Graduate School of Oceanography.
