Saveur Summer Success: Revenue up 81 Percent, Ad Pages up 54 Percent Bonnier’s foodie title wave of success hit another high for its upcoming June/July issue. Compared to the same issue in ’09, Saveur is up an outstanding 81 percent in revenue and 54 percent in ad pages. Year to date, the magazine is up 12 percent in revenue and 15 percent in ad pages after being up 13 percent all of last year. Group Publisher Merri Lee Kingsly credits Saveur’s prolonged success to the creativity of the sales and marketing team for coming up with unique ideas to help their clients reach influencers. An example is the magazine’s upcoming June barbecue event with chefs like Tom Colicchio and Wylie Dufresne.
